[ ABOUT OUR COMPANY ]
ABC Masonry & Stucco Contractors was founded with a commitment to helping NYC property owners restore aging exteriors. Today, we're proud to serve clients across Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island and Brooklyn. We deliver dependable masonry, stucco, concrete, and facade restoration backed by skilled artistry and honest communication.
For 18 years, ABC Masonry & Stucco Contractors has helped protect NYC's buildings with skilled craftsmanship and dependable exterior restoration. Every project has strengthened our experience and reinforced our commitment to quality that lasts.

We began with a simple mission: Deliver honest masonry work that property owners could rely on. By focusing on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we built a reputation one project at a time.

As demand grew, so did our capabilities. We expanded into brick pointing, stone restoration, concrete work, and stucco services, helping restore more residential and commercial properties across NYC.

Recognizing that buildings need more than isolated repairs, we broadened our services to include facade restoration, EIFS installation, waterproofing, parapet repairs, and window sill and lintel restoration. This allowed us to provide complete exterior solutions under one roof.

Our team completed projects on brownstones, apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, and commercial buildings throughout New York City. Each project strengthened our reputation for reliable artistry and lasting results.

18 years later, we continue to help property owners protect and preserve their buildings with expert masonry, stucco, concrete, and exterior restoration services. Our commitment remains the same: quality work, honest service, and solutions built to last.
“Quality work isn’t measured by how quickly a project is finished. It’s measured by how well it performs years later.”
That philosophy continues to shape everything we do. Our founder entered the restoration industry with a passion for preserving NYC’s buildings.
After seeing countless repairs fail because the root cause had been overlooked, they set out to build a company focused on thorough inspections, quality materials, and repairs designed to last.
Today, that same commitment guides every project we undertake.
Every successful restoration begins with understanding why the damage occurred, allowing us to provide effective, long-term solutions.
We combine experienced artistry with quality materials to restore your property's strength, appearance, and durability.
Your confidence matters to us. That's why we prioritize honest advice, reliable service, and a smooth experience from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
For over two decades, we've helped homeowners, property managers, co-op boards, and commercial clients restore and protect buildings throughout New York City.
From Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, we've completed projects on brownstones, rowhouses, apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, and commercial facilities.
From brick pointing and stone restoration to stucco, EIFS, facade restoration, waterproofing, parapet repairs, and window sill & lintel restoration, we provide complete building envelope solutions under one roof.
Our work is performed with close attention to applicable requirements and industry standards established by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), NYC Department of Transportation (DOT), Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC), FDNY, and other agencies when required by the project scope.
Our experience spans private homes, historic brownstones, co-op and condominium buildings, apartment complexes, office buildings, retail properties, schools, and institutional facilities.
Every project is planned with worker safety, occupant protection, and public safety in mind, following OSHA safety practices and applicable NYC construction requirements throughout every stage of the project.
